At Feel22, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, and place them securely back in the Feel22 shipping box.

  Courier Collection

  Our dedicated courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time to pick up the return package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund as store credit or a reversal to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
